Menu 9 - Celebrate in Style

Whether it’s a special birthday, anniversary or just a reason to get together, this Celebration menu is sure to please everyone’s taste buds.  This four course meal is designed with slightly smaller portions so you and your guests can enjoy an array of flavours from savoury fennel and blue cheese, to spicy curry to decadent chocolate but without feeling uncomfortably full! 

We’ve designed this menu around 10 people but can easily accommodate 8 with larger portions or even 6 with leftovers or second helpings.  Each recipe compliments the next course and each is matched with a perfect paired beverage.  To top it off, each recipe can be made well in advance of your meal making this a reason enough to celebrate!  Enjoy!
